Official office hours are 9 - 5, Monday to Friday, and the office is closed at the weekends and on bank holidays. However, we often answer the telephone at any time, and are available to talk over concerns or ideas, meet families at the site, and for funerals or memorial services, anytime, seven days a week.

Any messages left on the mobile phone will be picked up out of hours, but only urgent requests will be responded to immediately.
