Bereavement Advice

While we firmly believe nature to be an extraordinary healer when it comes to the dreadful pain of losing someone we dearly love, sometimes a little more help can be very valuable. After all, grief is seldom as simple as sadness, however deep; it can feel unpredictable, hitting us in ways that we hadn't expected, with periods of numbness, emptiness, rage, guilt and resentment. Furthermore, there are many practical issues that need to be dealt with, and at a time when it can be very hard to think. There is help available. Nature Reserve Burial Grounds supports the work of these organisations.
