Our Standards and Code of Practice

Nature Reserve Burial Grounds Ltd is a member of The Association of Natural Burial Grounds, and is happy to work to the highest level of its specific standards of good practice.

The Association of Natural Burial Grounds is part of the Natural Death Centre. The Aims of the Association and its Code of Practice can be found at their website: www.anbg.co.uk. The Association can be reached on 0871 288 2098.

Should anyone experience any problems when dealing with Nature Reserve Burial Grounds, we ask that complaints be brought to us for immediate consideration: we will do all we can to ensure that any problems are easily, peacefully and wholly resolved as soon as possible.

Feedback Forms can seem rather intrustive, we feel, particularly when a family is grieving. However, as a condition of membership of the Association of Natural Burial Grounds, we are required to send feedback forms to all who use the burial ground. As of June 2010, we send out the Association's forms to families with their final paperwork.

If you have not received one, or you would like one from us, please get in touch. Alternatively, you can download a copy of the Feedback Form here to fill out and send in to the Association. (Most computers have the necessary software to read pdf files, but if yours does not, it can be found on our Order Forms page.)

Of course, it is not necessary for you to fill in the form, but if you choose to please know that we are grateful for your co-operation. All forms are assessed by the Association and then passed back to us for consideration and safe-keeping.
