OPEN DAYS

Our next Open Day is on Saturday 16 May 2009, from 11 am until 4 pm.

Sun Rising Open Days are gentle and relaxed affairs. Our staff are on hand all day to answer any questions you might have, whether about the ecology and future vision of the site itself, the practicalities of buying plots in advance, or the preparing for or arranging a funeral. We even have a catalogue of environmentally-friendly coffins you can persue.

All are very welcome to attend. You can take a tour around the site with a member of staff or stroll by yourself. In our little marquee there will be fairtrade organic teas and coffee, and homemade cake. Direction to the site can be found on our 'Finding The Site' page. We look forward to seeing you.

Visiting Sun Rising on Other Days

If you wish to come to the site on any other day, you are welcome between dawn and dusk, seven days a week. Visitors are welcome to come along and meander, sit in the roundhouse or on a bench, feeling the peace, listening to the sky larks.

If you'd like to meet and talk with a member of staff, get in touch by email or telephone and we can arrange to meet you at the burial ground.
